I,m chef Charlton Constable and this is just a little bite about myself:I come from a family of amazing cooks .my mom ,along with all her brothers and sisters ,were dynamite in the kitchen and I grew up under their cooking skills. There was,t ever a time when I didn,t want to be a chef .I love discovering new flavours .i began my career at round house Restaurant under a top 10 chef :chef PJ Vedors and in few months he take my under his wings ,after 4 years i received a wonderful opportunity to be sous chef at Vullagio it was,t long before I was commissioned to open up a new sister restaurant the lunch depot in Cape town there I was head chef ,I have begun the fist stages of opening my own catering business called Caterers Ala king I'm working hard towards my dream of making my small business into a well -oiled sustainable enterprise.
