Ever wondered why decorated cookies take so long?

They might look like just a cookie… but there’s actually a lot of love and work behind every little detail! 💕

First, the dough needs to be prepared, rolled, rested, cut and baked. Then the cookies need to cool completely before the fun part can begin.

Then comes the decorating!

Each colour of icing needs to be mixed and prepared to the right consistency, and every little detail is piped and added by hand. Depending on the design, cookies can require multiple layers of icing, with drying time in between.

And then there’s the final step — carefully checking, packaging and preparing every cookie so it reaches you looking beautiful.
