Skomplaas Events Management Creative Agency: Events Management | Production | Entertainment | Photography | Videography | Activations | Concepts.

Skomplaas entertainment is a 100% black owned company ran by a young male, by the name of Mongezi Masombuka who is a sound engineer by profession. Living in a small town called Bethal situated in the Mpumalanga province. We are goal and vision orientated, also have a deep passion for the Music/Entertainment industry and we would like to become one of the biggest entertainment company in our province if not in the whole nation. Skomplaas (an Afrikaans name used by our grandparents for calling our township from the 30’s/40’s to this day) entertainment is an events co-ordinating, artist, audio management company that started five years ago. We offer services in the following departments:
Events management
Artist management
Audio hiring
Visuals hiring
Lighting hiring
Staging hiring
Backline hiring
Local clothing designs

Our company started with local events occupying only a small amount of audience (up to a maximum of 3000 people). We have worked/included some of the best national artists in our most loved annual event (Spring party) whom some are South Africa’s best and legendary producers/dj/musician, Dj Black Coffee, Revolution, Zano, Infinite Boys, Da Capo and Magic Soul. With our passed events we’ve learned a lot in terms of unforeseen mistakes, ground rules, safety regulations, proper hospitality and other factors that lead to a successful event. This has helped us as a company to grow and work harder in what we do to be a bigger and better company in future.

It was such a pleasure hosting the Grade 11 girls from Emzinoni High School for our Community Cinema Club film screening!

Thank you, ladies, for being such a wonderful audience and making the experience an absolute joy. We hope the films and career guidance inspired you to dream bigger, believe in your potential, and look beyond your current circumstances.

Remember, your dreams are valid, your future is full of possibilities, and where you come from does not determine how far you can go. Keep dreaming, keep learning, and keep believing in yourselves!
