We are excited to announce that we will be preparing pre packed meals based on the "28 Day Healthy Meal Plan".

This is one of the most successful meal plans on the market and has been tried and tested by us.

To assist you to meet your goals, we will prepare, pack and deliver your meals according to the "28 Day Healthy Meal Plan”.

Enough meals to last for 7 days will be delivered every Friday to you.

All your food will be packed, clearly marked and ready to eat.

This will include:
*Breakfast
*Lunch
*Dinner for each day.

Please note that all orders must be confirmed by no later than Monday afternoon in order to receive your delivery by Friday of the same week.
