When Laura became part of the family she brought with her a wealth of experience from working with a global events agency within their new business and global venue sourcing d
epartment and a skill set second to none. Will's career has involved hosting team building events for many high-profile companies across the UK, and his drive and vision created Focusing Events. Serendipity then kicked in, and our web designer Alex and our marketing and design guru Olly, the cousins, joined the team. We pooled our knowledge and studied the business in depth, concentrating on where it could be improved and the simple answer was, genuine customer focus and providing a bespoke service, attempting to move away from the generic offerings. It wasn't long before Will's brother Jonathan, decided to put retirement from the Silicon Valley on pause to create and manage our information systems to facilitate a smooth user experience, and the family team is complete.
