The UEA Electronic Music Society provides a space where fans and creators of electronic music can enjoy, share and collaborate together. Whether you like drum and bass, house, dubstep, electro, jungle, techno, garage, reggae, breakbeat, trap, trance or anything in between, we’re the society for you! As a society, we organise regular electronic music nights in Norwich. The scene here is thriving an
d as a member of EMS you will be up to date on the best events in the city, receive discounted entry into some events (easily earning your membership money back!) and will also be surrounded by enthusiastic, likeminded people up for a good night out. With regular pre-drink meet-ups (alcohol optional, of course) where our resident DJ’s will be pumping out the tunes, you will never struggle for friends to buss a skank with. We’ll also be organising our own events and workshops where our DJs, producers and organisers can hone their craft and get a chance to showcase their skills. For those interested in creating music we are in partnership with the UEA Recording and Production Society, providing a base for DJs and producers to collaborate and receive feedback. There’s no limit to what you can do here - if you don’t see an opportunity to do what you want to do then we will create one for you!
