‼️COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT‼️
Enchanting Encounters takes safety very seriously. We have been monitoring the local and global coronavirus situation daily. At this time, we are continuing to provide our services as normal, however we are taking increased precautions to keep your children and our performers safe:
▪️We are limiting the amount of physical contact performers do with guests; hugs will be given from standing positions and hand touches such as high fives and hand-holding will be avoided. We will limit physical contact further should the need arise.
▪️Performers are provided with hand sanitizer to use before, during, after, and between events. Our travel cases and face painting supplies are being cleaned with disinfectant between events, as well. All of our performers and staff are monitored for signs of illness.
▪️Makeovers will continue to be done with disposable brushes, one per child. Cosmetic glitter sprinkled over the hair will be used in place of cheek blush. If you would like to opt out of makeovers altogether, or have only the glitter portion, please let your performer(s) know at the start of your event. You may also make a note of this in your contract when you fill it out.
▪️If you need to reschedule or cancel your event, please let us know ASAP. New dates are subject to availability, however we are committed to working with all of our clients to try to accommodate rescheduling requests to the best of our ability. At this time, we are not offering refunds for cancellations; if school closures go into effect, we will revisit our policy.
▪️Any and all hospital visits are suspended until further notice.
‼️PLEASE help us in keeping your children and our performers safe:
▪️Wash your hands often! Help our performers to encourage your children to wash their hands before and after meals/cake. Hands should be washed for 20 seconds or longer, with soap and water.
▪️Avoid touching your face and others’ faces, especially the eyes, nose, and mouth. Practice good habits such as coughing into your elbow or a tissue; dispose of used tissues immediately. Advise your children on following these practices.
▪️If your child is sick or showing signs of illness, especially fever and cough, please keep them at home.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will post updates as necessary. As a family company, we are committed to staying strong in these difficult times. We wish your family and friends good health and patience as we see this through.
