The week that was in the Clever Catering Kitchen!!
Started on Sunday with a golf tournament at Temuka Golf Club, Fonterra functions Monday & Thursday, Temuka Men’s Lions meal Tuesday, 3x life celebrations throughout the week, morning tea for Orari Nursery Friday and ending with a surprise birthday bash yesterday , oh and I had my kitchen verification too and passed that. Looks like I’m around for another 18months ☺️
So grateful for the support from everyone!
Especially my Mum and Dad for the huge help on Thursday ❤️❤️ Lois Holland

Huge weekend just been with our biggest job to date,catering Friday and Saturday for “Back to the 60s” Reunion, 130 people each night, grazing tables on Friday and buffet meal on Saturday
Had the best crew I could ask for with my wee family, thanks team ❤️
Finished off the weekend at Temuka Golf Club catering for a tournament.

Been very slack on posting! Probably a bit late to say happy new year 😉
But happy new year anyway 🥳
Been a busy start to the year with various jobs happening from golf tournaments, work functions, birthday celebrations, life celebrations, engagements and even a wedding popped in there,
Love to be busy!! so again I appreciate all the amazing support and help I receive especially from my number one helper amber_clevs

Busy busy times in the kitchen recently and will continue to be so for the next few weeks, apart from a couple of midweek spots I am completely booked up until Christmas 🤗🤗
Some pics of a recent big job catering for St John Christmas function, an amazing venue!

After an amazing holiday in Rarotonga 🏝️🏝️ the last couple of weeks have been pretty full on in the Clever Catering kitchen
Golf tournaments, Lions Club dinners, Life celebrations, Community House functions, School reunion, I have started Thursday nights at the Timaru Golf club feeding the hungry golfers also I had the honour of catering for the Temuka Fire Brigade 150 years celebration to finish off this week. So very grateful for the awesome support and to my wonderful helpers Amber, Ben,Bryce and Nigel, Thankyou!!! 🥰🥰

Been a little quiet on here recently!! Certainly hasn’t been the case in the kitchen 😜
Been kept busy with heaps of different functions from meetings ,work shouts,birthdays, anniversaries etc from hot sit down meals to small platters to large grazing boards.
The support has been amazing and hugely appreciated!! Huge thanks to all my family for all the amazing help you all give!! 🥰🥰

What a nice relaxing Easter we have had and so great to back on the bike after my Injury!!

Busy week this week catering for Fonterra Leaders day and a training day, lunch for Pye Group, a 70th last night and today I had the pleasure of being a part of a celebration at Turley’sFarm for a staff member who has been there for 50 years !!!
