Hello everyone 👋🏼
During these times we hope you are all well and safe. The Mid-Autumn festival is tomorrow which is a significant occasion celebrated in the Vietnamese community. Traditionally it symbolises family time, celebrating the end of Autumn harvest and eating mooncake!

Phuong Hoa will be preparing a lot of delicious, fresh, homecooked food this coming weekend:

bánh rán (fried sesame balls)
bánh mochi (glutinous rice cake)
bánh cuốn chay, bánh cuốn thịt, bánh cuốn thịt tôm (steamed rice rolls - choice of fillings vegetarian, meat, meat and prawn)
giò lua ko co mì chính va hàn the là (steamed pork sausage wrapped in banana leaves - no msg and Borax)
chả chiên ko co mì chính va hàn the là (fried pork ball - no msg and Borax)
We’re getting into the festive spirit for this weekend! 🤩😋

On Sunday we showcased different authentic and tasty Vietnamese food! There was a lotus root, cucumber and pineapple salad (with an optional nut topping) as the perfect spicy, sweet and sour accompaniment to our spring rolls, pork and prawn sugarcane sticks and rice vermicelli parcels, finished with a fish sauce.
We also cater to vegetarians, having our veggie spring rolls with mung bean, and tofu and mushroom balls with a soy dipping sauce and vermicelli parcels too. Looks delicious, right? 😍🤩
Chả giò tôm thịt, chạo tôm mía, với salad ngó sen: dứa, dưa chuột, ăn với bánh hỏi và nước mắm.
Phuong Hoa nấu chả giò chay, chả đậu phụ voi nấm huong, mộc nhĩ ăn cùng xì dầu, bánh hỏi và xa lát ngó sen. Thấy hấp dẫn khong mọi người? 😃
