🥩 Rest your steak, thank us later! Ever sliced into a steak too soon and watched all the juices run away? That’s why resting your steak is a must. When you give it 5–10 minutes to chill after cooking, the juices redistribute evenly—so every bite stays juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. It's hard to resist digging in right away but the perfect steak is truly a work of art!

Last Thursday, Chef Kyle Helder () and Chef Tony Trinh () crafted a delicious catering menu for 's venue showcase at the historic John Street Roundhouse 😍.

From Charcoal Grilled Vegetables and a Marinated Flat Iron Salad loaded with spring flavours 🌱, to light and airy desserts like Vanilla Bean Pavlova and Matcha Tiramisu 🍵, guests of the event had the opportunity to sample each bite and explore the tastes of .catering, as they discovered this beautiful venue in Toronto!

Can you believe this beautiful dish is vegan AND gluten-free? Our Sweet Potato Fondant is topped with saffron risotto, wilted kale, and king oyster mushrooms. Vegetarian and vegan guests are often presented with options that are sub-par to the rest of the events' guests but we refuse to let that happen! 🌱
