A Call to SM Ticketmaster Philippines
With the General Onsale happening tomorrow, we expect an even larger number of fans to queue on the website in hopes of securing BTS concert tickets. We understand that only around one-third, or possibly less, of the total ticket remains available for the two concert dates. Given the overwhelming demand, we strongly urge Ticketmaster to ensure that its systems are fully prepared to handle the expected surge in traffic and to prevent the site crashes, errors, and technical issues that many fans experienced today.
We would also like to call your attention to the bypass links that are currently circulating online. We urge Ticketmaster to closely monitor and thoroughly investigate these reports. If any individuals or groups are found to be exploiting vulnerabilities in the system, we strongly encourage you to take the necessary legal and disciplinary actions. Such practices undermine the integrity of the ticketing process, constitute fraud, and create an unfair advantage over fans who are following the proper procedures.
Today's experience has left many fans frustrated and disappointed. We urge Ticketmaster to take these concerns seriously and implement immediate measures to prevent further technical issues and unfair advantages during the General Onsale. Fans deserve a ticketing process that is reliable, transparent, and genuinely fair to everyone. We expect accountability, stronger system safeguards, and clear action to restore the trust and confidence of the fan community.
