Custom orders are ready to ship within 6 to 8 weeks; often sooner. I ship via USPS Priority Class Mail with a Confirmation number. I am happy to help track any missing or lost items/packages through the postal service. Refunds and Exchanges : Customers satisfaction is my number one priority. I don't accept return or exchange on custom orders , however i do alterations .shipping fee paid by customer.
