On Saturday, we celebrated inclusion, diversity, & friendship at the Friendship Walk on the National Mall! 🫶💜✨ We are so proud to have marked our 4th year standing alongside a community that uplifts every individual’s unique strengths & celebrates differences as something to be cherished!!!
At a time when some in government have expressed harmful views toward neurodivergent & autistic individuals, we stand strongly for a world where every mind, heart, and soul is valued. 🌟 Here at Once Upon a Time Parties, we believe everyone deserves dignity, respect, and the chance to see their dreams come true. We celebrate the beauty in our differences - this walk is always a reminder that inclusion, kindness, and friendship create the kind of magic that can change the world 🤝💖

Now more than ever, we are receiving an unprecedented number of requests for Magic Fund Sponsorships to support community events.

While we are deeply committed to sharing as much magic as possible with deserving organizations, the reality is that we simply cannot fulfill every request—no matter how much we wish we could.

If your organization is planning an event that would be made even more magical with character entertainment, we’d love to suggest a few creative ways to help cover the costs and make it a reality.

✨ Sponsorships: Partner with local businesses that may be willing to cover the cost in exchange for advertising or promotional opportunities at the event.

✨ Ticket Sales or Entry Fees: If the event allows, charge a small admission fee to help offset entertainment costs.

✨ Crowdfunding: Use platforms like GoFundMe or Kickstarter to rally community support for the entertainment.

✨ Raffles or Auctions: Host a raffle or silent auction with donated prizes, with proceeds going toward hiring the character performers.

✨ Grants & Community Funds: Research local arts or community grants that support entertainment for public events.

✨ Collaborations with Vendors: Partner with food trucks, craft vendors, or other event participants to share a portion of their sales in exchange for the added attraction of character entertainment.

✨ Pre-Sale Experiences: Offer VIP packages that include a meet-and-greet with the characters for an additional fee.

✨ Sponsorship from Attendees: Offer individuals or families the chance to “sponsor a character” and receive recognition at the event.
