Looking back over a beautiful wedding filled summer and realising I've not been shouting about them!

I get so caught up in the day and making sure everything is just as it needs to be I forget to post all the fab pictures that I capture and those from the professionals too.

It's been amazing to help so many couples and across the county.

Next weekend takes me to Norfolk for a beautiful hand fasting ceremony.

October and November I'm booked in for on day coordination.

Its awesome when I get messages from couples saying they're so glad they found me and even more special when I was mentioned in the thank you speeches and given the most beautiful flowers from earlier this year.

It's such a privilege to do this work and help wedding dreams come true 🥰💖🙏

Tranquility

When you just get to be
Where you feel safe & free

Away from the worries and stresses life gives
Away from the hassle and the grief

A time to reflect, recharge and renew
A time to take a breathe, have a brew

Finding these moments are such a relief
Taking time out, re finding your belief

Belief in yourself and what's true for you
Knowing your enough, giving yourself the praise that you're due

Being grateful for all that you've got
Even the challenges are gifts, even though they seem like a lot

Letting go of the burdens that weigh you down
The opinions of others that make you frown

Let them keep their opinions
Listen to your own

Take this time in tranquility to find your way home

You're all that you need

You're more than enough

You don't need all the other stuff

The opinions, the judgements, the should have know betters

Sun filled days are sooo close!

In the meantime here in the UK we embrace the cold and control what we can.

As the evenings get brighter
Our moods get lighter
Burdens don't seem so heavy

Blue skies help carry our worries away
We look forward to sun filled days

The year speeds on and we're swept along
Doing what we can to stop things going wrong!

Those who know me know I'm a HUGE fan of self care!

Today I was so lucky to indulge in a spa day at with my fab friend and fellow holistic therapist

We have big plans to bring pampering, reflexology and reiki to the lovely people of Suffolk and across the world with distance healing.

By looking after ourselves we can look after those who want it so much better.

When planning a wedding or just dealing with the day to day stresses of life your wellbeing often takes a back seat but its vital to take time for you, to be the best you can be so you can give you best to whatever situation your in.

Busy lives, busy jobs, mum duty, dis ease, stress and so many things can be helped with holistic therapies.

Looking for a heart warming film to watch this

This film is a fab choice!

I was very fortunate to be able to feature in it too....did you spot me in the first clip??!

As an avid BBC Radio Suffolk listener I heard about this great project where FILM Suffolk invited local people to submit scripts about love.

The production team got together all the cast and crew from Suffolk too as well as the production team and were looking for supporters.

I've always been passionate about supporting other business and projects and this one really captured my heart.

After hearing Julien Mery on the radio I made a donation and didn't think much more of it.

That night I received a phone call from Julien personally thanking me for my donation and asking if I could come to help them with the filming of their wedding scene at the amazing Bruisyard Country Estate

I of course said YES!!! 💖

Little did I know I'd also end up stepping in as chief bridesmaid/maid of honour as the lady due to play her couldn't make it!

Time to brush up on my high school acting skills!!

What a buzz!!

I had my hair and make up done, beautiful dress, shoes and accessories fitted and the biggest smile on my face!

It was a fantastic day and the fun didn't stop there.

I was also invited to the red carpet premiere and have been involved in other projects with film Suffolk too....the latest one making use of my French language skills and getting myself a talking part as a French ambassador in the UN Embassy!!!

I love how my role enables me to help so many couples and also fulfil other dreams by helping other projects, businesses and charities.

Tomorrow I am hoping to confirm a volunteer role for the amazing Gift of a Wedding Team to help organise a very special day for a very poorly bride to be.
