We look forward to welcoming back to all our students and an extended warm welcome to our new Year 7s who will soon be joining us.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the fantastic achievements of our students across both A Level and GCSE results this summer.

At A Level, our students achieved an outstanding set of results, with:
🌟 47% of all grades awarded at A*–A
🌟 29% of students achieved 3A*-A grades
🌟 80% of students achieved 3A*-C grades
🌟 95% of students secured their first-choice destination, with all remaining students achieving their second choice.

Whether progressing to university, apprenticeships, employment or further training, we are immensely proud of everything our students have achieved.

Our Year 11 students have also secured a fantastic set of GCSE results:
👏 29% achieved 5 or more A*–A grades*
👏 97% achieved 5 or more A–C grades*

These results are a testament to the hard work, determination and resilience of our students, alongside the dedication, expertise and high expectations of our staff.

We would also like to thank our parents and carers for the vital support they provide throughout our students' educational journeys.

We are particularly excited to be welcoming record numbers of students back to our Sixth Form in September, as they continue their journey towards their future aspirations.

Llongyfarchiadau to all students collecting GCSE results this morning. It is lovely to see our students collecting their results this morning.

A big thank you to BBC team for choosing to broadcast live from the school as thousands of students across the country collect their results.

We’re incredibly proud of our students and all the hard work they’ve put in. Well done everyone! 🎉

Students are receiving their GCSE and BTec results - and for the first time some pupils in England will be able to check their grades online from 11:00 BST.

GCSE Results Day Thursday 20th August

Year 11 students may collect their results envelopes at school from 9.30am onward.
Year 10 students are welcome to collect their results from 10:30am.

Staff will be on hand for advice on next steps and enrolling into Sixth Form. Pob Lwc!!

GCSE Results Day Thursday 20th August

Year 11 students may collect their results envelopes at school from 9.30am onward.
Year 10 students are welcome to collect their results from 10:30am.

If a student is unable to attend in person, we need written permission from the student for a nominated family member or friend to collect the results on their behalf. The nominated person will need to provide photographic ID in order for us to hand the results envelope to them.

Once GCSE results have been published enrolment to Sixth Form will take place on Thursday 20th August 2026 (Consultations with the sixth form team will be available from 10.30am until 1pm) and Friday 21st August 2024 (9am until 11.30am). Places will be confirmed following enrolment.

👕 Orders can be collected on Tuesday 18th August, between 10am and 12 noon.

A Level Results Day Thursday 13th August

We are looking forward to Welcoming our Year 13 Students to collect their results envelopes from 08:30am onwards.

Year 12 Students are welcome to collect their results from 10am.

Results Day is an important milestone and provides an opportunity to celebrate achievements with staff and friends, as well as access guidance and support regarding university places, Clearing, apprenticeships, employment or other next steps.
If a student is unable to attend in person they can nominate a family member or friend to collect their envelopes on their behalf.
