You’ll find us at the best bashes. After removing everything from hay bales to horse whips we set about restoring our old horsebox into a mobile temple of
modern dining. We spent many chilly mornings and long nights working to restore and modernize this relic into what you see now. With an habitual need to keep our cooking simple and clean we decided to reflect this in the fabrication and use just a few materials to restructure the main body. We incorporated large panes of glass and removable materials so we were able to open our space out to include as much daylight as possible, keeping our staff energized and our customers in full view. We are proud about we do, so we were keen to include this transparency throughout business. The Tin Top Oven was built to enjoy the simplicities in life, burning wood, roasting meats, melting cheeses, baking fresh loafs of bread or braising vegetables.
