I have done every single one of these things on this list.
I will tell you from experience that doing any of these things get you no where.
⚠️Sometimes in the beginning you need to learn what price works for your city, your clientele, but after you find what works, stick to it. There is nothing wrong with being high-end and pricey or budget friendly. It needs to make sense for your specific area.
❌Comparing and competing will just hold you back.
🍇 Please wash your grapes. Gently, efficiently, and repeat.

🔻 5 reasons to just say YES and start:
✔️ Do you have a full time job and want to see if this is worth the time? Then commit to only weekends. This way there isn’t really a loss.
✔️ Start with one board, one photo. See how that photo does. Take photos from every angle and dress them up. Overhead is minimal if you make a bunch of different boards with the same ingredients.
✔️ Stuck at home? Why not do the above tip, build a client list and do a lot of the reach out, marketing, etc. what’s your plan of attack for the rest of the year?
✔️Are you charging $90 for a board? Or $1000 for a table? Keep your eyes on the prize. Remember, the more people you set up for (aka weddings) the bigger the $$$
✔️ CREATIVE FREEDOM: The best part. You are the stylist. The visionary. The artist. The person creating edible beauty.

I never knew why brunch was so popular. (Eggs and rosé isn’t that appealing to me.)

You’re probably thinking “wow I really love this Flat Lay. It’s so beautiful, abundant, and eye catching.”
Right? Well you could study this image all day and try to replicate it. BUT.... there are certain techniques of when a certain ingredient should or shouldn’t be put down, what needs to be layered VS stacked, and more importantly what colors POP next to each other.
I go over all of this and more in Grazeology 101. A mini course on how to set up a Flat Lay as if you are at the event.
