Jack Ham Imagery A Sydney family photography business with more than a decade of experience in capturing memories. I've had a passion for photography from a really young age.

It didn't matter what I was taking photo's of, I just always loved having a camera in hand. At the age of 15 I started my journey in the professional photography world, working as a photographers assistant. Over the years I've had the pleasure to work for and work with Award winning photographers, across a broad range of genres. In 2017 I started working for Olympus Australia. This is where I disc

overed that I had a deep desire to teach people about photography and their cameras. If you need a photographer, or you would like to learn more about photography, please reach out to me so we can discuss your needs.

I was scrolling Facebook the other night and noticed Josh had changed his profile photo…
To this one — from their first dance.

There’s honestly no bigger compliment.

What I love about this shot is how locked in they are with each other. Just those little grins, completely in the moment, no distractions.

A quiet moment, captured — and now something they can enjoy forever.

Nita and Archie’s engagement shoot was something truly special. We travelled deep into the mountains for this one, and while the landscape was breathtaking, what stood out most was the quiet strength of their connection—not just to each other, but to the land beneath their feet.

We were incredibly mindful throughout the shoot, making sure to stay well back from any cliff edges and treating the area with the respect it deserves.

This location is on Dharug and Gundungurra Country, and also holds significance to the Wiradjuri people. It was an honour to spend time on this land, and to witness such a powerful connection in such a breathtaking place.

This collection is from Irene and Solomon’s wedding day, captured alongside Adrian while shooting on behalf of Timeless Creations. The ceremony and reception were held at The Marion, and we took a wander through Commonwealth Park afterwards, soaking up the soft winter light on what turned out to be a stunning day.

It also happened to be the coldest June morning in Canberra in 48 years — when Adrian and I arrived it was a brisk -5 degrees, but you’d never know it from the warmth and love between these two.

I’m super excited to be a part of the Timeless Creations team, and looking forward to the couples I’ll get to work with and the new stories I’ll get to capture in a different city. Moments like these are why I do what I do.

Anticipation is the quiet proof that something extraordinary is coming.

Rhys stood patiently, waiting for Megan.
They chose to share a quiet, beautiful moment together before the ceremony — just the two of them — at the stunning in the Hunter Valley, NSW.

The emotion of it all was written across Rhys’ face. It was a privilege to witness, and an honour to capture.

Dana and Mark took part in a Russian wedding tradition where the bride and groom each bite into a loaf of karavai — a beautifully decorated bread that symbolises prosperity, hospitality, and the beginning of their life together. The one who takes the biggest bite is said to be the head of the house.

It all happened behind the scenes, but those who bore witness were anything but quiet when it came to this friendly competition. Dana went in strong with back-to-back bites, leaving no doubt who came out on top.

And let’s be honest — no one was surprised by the result. Least of all Mark’s grandmother, who looked absolutely delighted.

Laura and Ryan flew in from WA and told everyone they were hosting a birthday party… then casually got married instead.

After the ceremony, they took a stroll down Fingal Bay with their three kids — who, considering the heat of the day, did an impressive job holding it together.

About 30 seconds after this photo, they were all in the water. Clothes, shoes, the lot. Totally worth it.

After five days of solid rain, the sun finally made an appearance — just in time for Jess and Josh’s beautiful wedding in Kiama. Their ceremony took place on a headland with a breathtaking view of the ocean, the kind of backdrop that stops you in your tracks.

The day started with non-stop laughter during bride prep. Jess and her bridesmaids were full of energy, cracking jokes, sharing stories, and even breaking into a bit of impromptu rapping while getting their hair done. It set the tone for the whole day — light-hearted, joyful, and completely authentic.

Jess and Josh were a dream to photograph. They were so present with each other, genuinely enjoying every moment together. It was one of those weddings that reminds me why I do what I do.

Jess and Josh are getting hitched this May, and if this shoot was anything to go by, their wedding day is going to be an absolute blast. These two didn’t stop laughing, smiling, and cracking each other up the entire time—turns out, capturing love is pretty easy when the couple is having this much fun.

The real highlight? Teaching Josh how to pop a bottle of bubbles. Let’s just say, it took a few tries, but he’s now fully qualified to handle the champagne on the big day.

Engagement shoots aren’t just about getting great photos (though, of course, you’ll get plenty). They’re the perfect way to shake off any camera nerves, get comfortable being in the spotlight, and figure out what feels natural in front of the lens. By the time the wedding rolls around, you’ll be pros—ready to enjoy the day without a second thought about the camera.
