Custom Design:
If you can't find a style you like in our collection, we can make dresses in your own design. You can send us pictures, even sketches of your design of other styles you like, and we would make replicas to your specifications. After we finish we will take detailed photos and email them to you to check them advance, then send the ready dress to you. If you are not satisfied, we will make modifications to the dresses until you are satisfied.
We accept the returned dress on special conditions.
We do NOT accept any return or exchange without rational reasons. Returns must be arranged within 5 days. We will offer a refund only of products which are defected, or sent by mistake.
We can’t accept returns on the following condition:
a. Special Orders – dresses and other items made or ordered specifically for you according to the style (custom design), custom color (not picture color) and personal size (custom size) you required.
b. Specialty Items – dresses and other items on Sale or Price Reduced & Non-stock.
c. Wrong Size & Wrong Color & Wrong Style & Unsatisfied Style ordered by yourself – We have no control and accept no responsibility for the size/ color /style you select for your merchandise.
If you don’t like the size, color or quality of the dress you received, you may return it according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Please refer to Return & Exchange Policy for the detail attention and steps to return your dress if needed. If you don’t like the style of the dress received, we are afraid that we have no control and responsibility for your personal taste to the style after you received the dress. Please DO choose the right style you want before ordering.
Before ordering, we advise you to go to your local dress shop to try some styles and find one style perfectly fit for your figure. Then choose the same or similar style shown on our website. These suggestions will help you to choose your favorite style suitable for your own figure feature.
Submit a return request within 5 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.
Once approved, we will provide you with return address as well as a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return. Please send the item(s) and provide the tracking number to us within 7 business days once you have received the form.
Once received, your return will be processed within 24 hours, then you will receive your money back within 20 days, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.
NOTE: All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.
