Today on cooking with Stitch… homemade steak hoagies for lunch. STRAIGHT 🔥🔥🔥
Now if you’re like “but Stitch, they never taste right when I make them.” I’ve worked at a bunch of pizza shops and here’s how you do it.
Put a little olive oil into a frying pan and heat it, once at a good temp add your thinly sliced ribeye and cook for about 5-10 min depending on how much you are making at once. Once you’re steak is cooked, put a sq**rt or two of Italian dressing in the pan and cover, you’ll steam your steak for about 2-3 min at most, add your favorite cheese, peppers, or whatever else you like, put it on a sub roll and you’ve got a fantastic steak hoagie at home. If you really want to kick it up a notch, fry some peppers, I usually use jalapeños and banana peppers, or onions in with your steak. Also you can use a griddle or frying pan, melt some butter and garlic and toast your sub roll in that before building your sandwich. Or don’t follow this at all and do your own thing.
