Chocolate, brandy and sultana brownies! Life sure does get a little sweeter with these in my life!⁠⠀
Let me get you acquainted! What I can tell you about this batch of brownies is that they are incredibly fudgy, dense, dark, chocolatey and insanely DELICIOUS! The brandy and sultana add a flavor bomb that brings these brownies to the next level! Pour over my chocolate ganache frosting and then you know you’re in utopia!!⁠⠀

These ARE the gooey-iest, darkest double chocolate chunk cookies! They’re soft, chewy and gooey in the centre, but have a slight crispy edge which in turn makes them the perfect cookie! They are no fuss as no chilling is required! These cookies are also excellent doubling as an Ice Cream Sandwich.....just YUMM!!⁠⠀

I managed to grab a quick photo of my Woodlands Forest Cake before it got completely demolished in the office yesterday. We were celebrating a colleagues pending birth of their baby girl. Chocolate cake filled with berries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries & boysenberries, I then filled it with. Boysenberry cream cheese buttercream! Dense and rich chocolate cake with berries.....yummy!!
