Naida's Night Off Homemade Meals & Catering I started cooking when I was tall enough to stand on a chair, to reach the stove. It is something I've always loved to do.

I have spent over 30 years in the food and beverage industry as a waitress, bartender, cook, manager and director; working in 5 star/4 diamond restaurants and resorts, across the United States. My passion and talent has only grown through the years. I prepare made from scratch food with quality ingredients you can feel good about eating. I love to cook! I love to feed people! As a mother of 3, I k

now what a struggle it can be to get dinner on the table, every night. It's nice to take a night off from cooking and know that you are feeding your family a meal that is NOT laden in preservatives, added colors, salt and flavors. Whether you need to feed 1 person or 100, I would love to share my food with you!

🍖Authentic Butte Pasties - Sirlion steak bites, organic potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic and fresh herbs, wrapped in a flaky handmade crust. These pasties are meal size at 6-7" long. I apologize but there is no gravy this time.

🧀Pork Verde Enchiladas - Wood smoked pulled pork, housemade tomatillo sauce, sour cream, queso fresco, cotija, cheddar and monterey jack cheeses, stuffed in corn tortillas. Topped with more sauce and cheese!

🍝Baked Rigatoni - Bronze cut, Italian Rigatoni pasta tossed with housemade roasted tomato sauce, zuchinni, mushrooms, ground beef and a hint of ground Italian sausage. Topped with fresh Italian parmesan and fresh mozzarella from -ZARELLA.

With these hot days and humidity, it's hard to think about the holidays...BUT, they are right around the corner! 97 days until Halloween, 123 days until Thanksgiving and 152 days until Christmas. 😱 If you would like to book a party or make a request for meals, now is the time to do it! Pickups start anytime after 12 noon, if you are expecting to pickup.

If you are expecting a delivery and will not be home, please leave a cooler with ice out for me.

Unfortunately after a long 15 hour day, I did not finish my meals up tonight, so there will not be a FCFS release. Please look for this, early next week. I appreciate your patience and understanding!

All meals were made in the last 7 days and are frozen to preserve freshness.

🥔Twice Baked Potatoes - Large organic russet potatoes stuffed w/sour cream, garden fresh green onions, French butter, hand shredded Tillamook cheddar cheese and bacon.

🐖Pulled Pork Sandwiches - Wood smoked and hand pulled. Served w/ housemade smokey bbq sauce and Aurore French Bakery buns.

🇺🇲I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July weekend! It's been a busy couple of weeks around here with events but I was able to make a few extras! These meals will come to you frozen.

🧀Cheese & Spinach Ravioli Meal - Housemade egg fresh pasta. I used imported Italian 00 flour. Hand rolled and filled with housemade ricotta, fresh mozzarella and parmesan. Sauteed organic spinach, garlic and shallots. Served with roasted fresh tomato sauce and breadsticks. The breadsticks were made using imported French flour. If you are NOT celiac but maybe just gluten sensitive, this meal could possibly work for you, due to the imported flours.
2ppl - $34. I have only 5. *UPDATE SOLD OUT*

🐔Chicken Parmesan Meal - Tender chicken cutlets, hand breaded (Panko breadcrumbs) and fried. Fresh mozzarella, roasted fresh tomato sauce and fresh parmesan. Served with housemade breadsticks. The breadsticks were made using imported French flour. Make your favorite pasta to go with it and dinner is served!

🫘Hummus Soup - Housemade organic sundried tomato hummus thickens this soup and gives it a rich flavor. Organic onions, carrots, celery sautéed in French butter. Organic broccoli, cauliflower, yukon gold potatoes, small red beans, garlic and fresh herbs. Served with organic pearl couscous on the side to stir in, before enjoying. Vegetarian. GF if you do not add the couscous.

Many people ask me "Do you make charcuterie boards?" The answer is yes, I do! I had to make a charcuterie board for a client and decided to treat my husband to one as well for Father's Day. Made with some amazing locally crafted meats and cheeses.
