🏆 XR Awards Gala Highlights from United XR Europe 2025!

At the end of the second day of the event, the XR Awards Gala brought the XR community together for a special evening celebrating the talent, creativity, and innovation shaping the immersive ecosystem.

Organized in partnership with AIXR, the evening gathered creators, studios, researchers, and industry leaders for a night of recognition and celebration. Around a great dinner and in a warm atmosphere, the XR community came together to honor the 15 outstanding winners across the different categories and recognize the talent driving innovation in XR.

🚀 The Booster & Builders Program Highlights from United XR Europe 2025!

Designed to support XR creators, studios, and innovators, The Booster and the Builders Program offered a great opportunity to refine ideas, connect with experts, and take projects further, with valuable guidance from industry mentors.

On Day 2, the Pitch Stage was full of energy as creators presented their projects live in front of experts, partners, and investors which was a key moment to gain visibility and create new opportunities. Dedicated B2B sessions also brought together investors, professionals, project holders, and builders for meaningful exchanges and concrete collaborations.

✨ The day wrapped up with The Booster Awards, where 3 projects stood out among the 9 selected and were rewarded for their potential.

🚀 Start-up Pitch Competition Highlights from United XR Europe 2025!

United XR Europe put the spotlight on the next generation of XR start-ups, bringing some of the most promising speakers onto the stage to pitch their ideas live in Brussels.

Selected finalists had the chance to present their projects in front of a panel of experienced XR investors, sharing ideas, innovative technologies, and ambitious plans to scale their solutions. The sessions were full of energy, fresh ideas, and real ambition showing just how creative and motivated the European XR start-up scene is today.

The competition wrapped up during the event’s final moments, when one start-up received the Start-up to Watch Award as part of the Best in Show announcements.

Across multiple pitch sessions including The Booster and the Builders Program, talented teams presented their projects, shared their visions, and took the stage to convince mentors, partners, and potential investors. Beyond the Main Stage, the Track Rooms were packed with ideas, expertise, and practical insights all throughout United XR Europe. Across dozens of sessions, speakers and audiences explored how immersive technologies are being used today and how they’re changing the way we work, create, and collaborate.

Sessions addressed topics like XR for Industry, XR Enablement, and Developer & Creator, with concrete examples and lively conversations. Creative sessions in Culture & Creative Industries brought fresh perspectives, while others explored important questions around healthcare, wellbeing, and European policy.

These rooms became spaces for exchange, debate, and collaboration where practical knowledge met visionary thinking, and where Europe’s XR ecosystem truly connected.
