Huzzah! Vendor applications are officially open for our next mystical Gathering at ! Use the link below to open our Google form, fill out your application, and we will respond to the email you provided. Give us some time to respond, as we are still deciding the number we can host, but we will send you an email regardless of acceptance!

We are also seeking entertainers and actors! There isn't an application for this process, but if you can message us here, or email us at "[email protected]", we would love to discuss booking!

Greetings, fellow adventurers and magic enthusiasts!

The leaves are turning, the veil grows thin, and this wandering wizard has some absolutely spellbinding news to share! You're cordially invited to "Sapphire Wings Among the Falling Leaves" at the legendary Terra Studios!

As autumn's magic settles over the land, our beloved Fall Court will be in full swing once again. The portal is opening to welcome back your favorite Fae vendors, plus some exciting new faces bringing fresh enchantments, handcrafted treasures, and mystical entertainment that'll leave you in wonder!

Partnering with Terra Studios has been pure magic - this hidden gem nestled in the Ozark Mountains has been home to incredible artistry for decades (yes, they're the creators of those famous "bluebirds of happiness"!). Whether you're a Terra veteran or a first-time explorer, prepare to see this magical sanctuary with completely new eyes.

My fellowship, Gathering of the Fay, is bringing you another epic fantasy faire, draped in autumn's finest colors. Here's what awaits you:

Huzzah, wondrous friends and fey folk!

We hope your hearths kept you cozy through the long sleep—Spring is waking, and the sun’s ready to paint the world green again. We usually host gatherings in spring and fall (better weather for costumes and travel), while we look for more indoor spots.

Which brings us to a solemn update: our spring event won’t happen on the original timeline for 2026. A truly dreamy venue that we want to work with just doesn't have the time slot right now. So we’re holding out for that magical space—trust us, it’ll be worth the wait.

In the meantime, we’ll be brainstorming on setting up smaller meetups, fundraisers, and local hangouts to keep the community buzzing. We’re also going to spotlight NWA artists and creators—want us to share your work? Send a DM with the post, and we’ll amplify it!

And… drumroll: meet the Gathering of the Fay’s new official logo, created by the talented Emma Hayden Wise (Instagram: .teeth_ ). No-AI, handcrafted magic—reach out to commission your own emblem or a fun doodle (mushroom fairy fishing with a toad, anyone?).

Our final post from our last Gathering of the Fay event, is to simply appreciate the team behind the scenes.

We work with our vendors to achieve a more compelling event, and we will continue to create avenues for us to collaborate even more. However I can't handle it all alone, and with our commitment to the community to make the event free, as well as not charge excessive vendor fees, the help we need comes as volunteer work.

Until we have a budget accumulated from our events and/or sponsors to pay for help, the people you see helping me run the event are doing it for the sole goal of seeing this dream flourish. Spending their free time to design sets, organize, plan, and obviously bring it all to fruition on the big day we have an event. These people have been with me from the start and I can appreciate them enough.

First you'll see me, your . The creator and director of Gathering of the Fay. What I had envisioned ever grows to magical proportions, bringing joy to my soul!

With the help of ,whom is next in the slides; not only does she add her creative spirit, but also is the creative director over the Gathering Glamour costume contest!

Following Peachy in this post is . This wizard's right hand man, who handles issues when I am not as round. Truly a gift to have a second pair of eyes and hands!

Next is the mystical ! If you walked in the building you would have noticed her handiwork with the photo mural! Amanda is one of our creative directors for designing aesthetic elements to the gatherings. Making sure you have a beautiful spot for a photo at each event.

The last two people I want to thank deeply are not directly a part of our main team, but it goes with our saying they showed up and delivered an amazing feature for our event... face painting! We of course would.love to have them back to turn you into a walking piece of art. Thank you so much !

Dear Evan and Chris of ,

"Greetings, noble friends. It is I, the Wandering Wizard, penning these words with great warmth and reverence for your presence at our most recent gathering, "Trick, or Fae?". My heart swells with gratitude for the stories you spun and the magic you brought forth to our wondrous community.

As the stars may whisper, there are many who find the enchanting game of Dungeons & Dragons, or other TTRPGs, a realm shrouded in mystery and doubt. Some ponder whether it is a game fit only for children, or perhaps for learned scholars. They hesitate, caught in a delicate balance, wondering if they should seek out a band of adventurers or forge their own quest.

But you, kindred spirits, answered these unspoken questions without a word. You arrived bearing your latest masterpiece, The Raven’s Lament, and offered your time to lead one-hour lore-filled sessions for those curious souls who have long wondered but have yet to step into the story. With tools in hand and stage set, you guided them through the veil, helping them glimpse the true magic behind the game. And you extended your community, a fellowship where passion can grow and the journey continues.

May many more moons pass before we meet again, where you shall once again weave tales of heroism and adventure. Until that day, I thank you sincerely for your kindness and for sharing your gift with all who dared to listen."

We had an amazing guest join our Gathering of the Fay event, "Trick, or Fae?". told a story of history with his instruments, the lute and lyre.

Chris has retired from his days of teaching students at Yale about his craft and how it has evolved since the days of old, of bards keeping stories alive with their music. However, it doesn't stop him from showing up and sharing those lessons with the community still. Thank you so much Chris!
