Not the sunny start we hoped for but what a start we’ve had today!

Nijole has been busy making 350 sandwiches, 185 traybakes have been cut and throw a cheese board into the mix as well - she’s some woman for one woman!

A massive thank you for all your orders.

Ailin has been busy this morning coming up with new smoothie recipes - we’ve tried them all and they are perfect if your looking for a refreshing drink without the dairy- these are made with coconut milk😍

The Pink Lady - strawberries, bananas, honey, coconut milk

The Green Goddess - spinach, pineapple, banana, honey, coconut milk

Summer Blast - red currants, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, coconut milk and honey
