Rogue Disco: Quick Cuts Vol. 1 is the first in a new series of short-form showcase mixes - fast, focused snapshots of what a set sounds like when you strip it back to the good bits.

This one's built around nu-disco and disco house: Purple Disco Machine's Body Funk into Parcels' Lightenup, La Roux & Chromeo's Discoproof cutting into Ultra Nate and Block & Crown. There's a Robert Owens vocal riding over a bassline, September getting the nu-disco treatment, We Are Family reimagined by Baccus, and Daft Punk's One More Time given the Giovi bootleg treatment to close it out.

Twelve tracks; quick transitions; 118–126 BPM. Recorded live on the RANE Four into Serato, tidied up in REAPER. No studio wizardry - just a DJ picking reimagined bangers and mixing them.

Originally put together as a roller disco demo, but it works anywhere that wants feel-good disco energy without the cheese. Sunset bars, late-night lounges, festival warm-ups - wherever the groove fits. 🛹🕺
