When my little company became a bit bigger, and I wanted to expand and propel myself deeper into my career, why, who was there to help…Belle Events (formally Belle of the Ball). What a full circle moment joining a team that helped launch my career all those years ago! This team has helped me grow in ways I wasn’t sure I could and to them I am eternally grateful! My sweet, dear couples - you have shown me all the beautiful nuances of wedding planning and how to gracefully come out the other side better and stronger! It is time I bid adieu and hang up my clipboard..but I will see you again! I have loved every minute and wish nothing but the best to all my couples, friendors and wedding industry family 🤍

Advance warning…long 2 part post coming…

When I started in this industry in 2010, I had no idea where this path would take me, who I would meet and if this was even what I wanted to do. Fast forward to my first wedding as a Belle Intern…something clicked, and I knew I had found my passion! Seeing the smiles on people’s faces and being a small part of someone’s magical day literally made my whole world spin! I soaked up everything I possibly could interning for Belle of the Ball and took everything I learned subsequently working at Houston Country Club then began my journey as an owner and solo-preneaur. There were bumps for sure. Doubts-a-plenty. But each couple that came into my life made such an impact and helped me propel my little company forward each day! Continued in Part 2 post…
