We have hundreds of emails and messages. Please bear with us. We have meetings next week to partner with a brand new office to be able to start accepting Wrexham's cheapest airport transfers once again. At this time we cannot take new bookings but we will be back (hopefully as early as next week) and then bookings for the cheapest transfers can continue once again! This time with a trusted Wrexham office who are more than happy to fulfil our bookings and who love our idea. For now, keep hold of your bookings until such a time we can accept them again and the deal we offered previously will still be valid. The new office also has more drivers interested in joining our initiative and that means our servies can be expanded, helping ensure no booking clashes.โ๏ธ๐๐
It's a real shame Take Me Wrexham decided not to continue with this venture and did not see our vision despite giving multiple permissions to do so initially and advising us of how to go about the cheaper Airport runs in the wrong way in order for us to fail. They then wanted us to abandone the airport runs already booked, including many customers who had already gone abroad and literally leave them stranded at the airport on their return. We refused to do this to ensure customers were not let down and they decided to fire us for this decision.
Members of Take Me management team have also taken to social media to create "fake profiles" pretending to be themselves and pretending to be real members of the public. They have been bombarding social media with fake posts, putting angry emojis on our posts, messaging us and tagging us in posts. It's gotten so bad we have reported Take Me and it's management to the police for harassment. Thankfully the police have been amazing to work with and since the bombardment of online abuse towards us has stopped. It is not only unprofessional but also quite embarrassing considering these are managers of a local company.
We are however going into a much better partnership now with an office that not only cares about its customers and it's drivers but who also supports it's drivers in coming up with new initiatives such as ours in which we can offer cheaper fares for our local town. It's a big contrast to working for Take Me Wrexham who instead fire drivers for being proactive and then demanding customers be left stranded. We would NEVER do that! ๐๐
