When I started planning functions and events, I never thought I would be part of bringing to life a magical retreat in Bali. I never thought I would put together wonderful birthday parties every weekend. I never thought I'd make a couples most important day come true or put on a company Christmas event for over 1000 guests.

Planning & organising started by ordering around my siblings, to arranging the family dinner parties. Then friends asked for help with their weddings and it snowballed from there.

It was my mum who realised before I did, what I should be doing for a career.

And here we are with so much more experience under my belt.

Introducing Sally - Specialist in Events, Hospitality & Tourism

Sally has worked and studied in the field for 20 years.
Starting in customer face roles in the early years, stepping up through the Southern Hemispheres' largest casino, her passion for events and hospitality began. While studying for a diploma and then Bachelor of Event Management, Sally travelled both domestically and internationally, and a love for travel was born.

Upon completing her studies and already working in the industry, with multiple clients planning events from 10s to 1000s of guests, catering to their needs in travel, entertainment and comfort, Sally dripped her toes into freelancing and assisting business in their management.

Endlessly Organised was born from recognising early on she was the planner for the family and friends, and it was a natural progression to making it her own way.

I love these jobs, and getting this sort of client feedback is so great!

On the discovery call to this client, we chatted about the goal of simplifying their day-to-day. Those basic life admin tasks that you try to remember to do, but it gets to the end of the day, and you've forgotten again and can't be bothered now. This is just one of the many that I'll be helping them with from now on.

📚 Habit Stacking has become one of those minimal but life changing hacks that get me through my day.

For me, it was to boil the kettle for my coffee, and I would just stand there and scroll my phone.

Now, I boil the kettle and load or unload the dishwasher, which is right underneath it. Or I boil the kettle and pack lunch boxes. Basically, anything that is in the kitchen, I do while the kettle boils.
