With all the hate, negativity and misinformation currently doing the rounds about asylum seekers and refugees, it's nice to throw some Outcider Festival love and empathy back the other way 💖

The Sunday Best Boutique (plus haircuts, skittles and coconut shy) raised an incredible £1704.78 over the festival weekend.

All money will be used to support asylum seekers and refugees to play football for the Easton Cowboys 4th team in Bristol - covering kit, match / training fees, transport, etc. This initiative has allowed a large number of marginalised people to take part in organised sport over the last 3 years, breaking down barriers, supporting social integration and mental health, and bringing joy to people who have lost so much in their journey to the UK ⚽

The Easton Cowfolk send their thanks to everyone who donated so generously to the cause, as well as bringing so much fun and colour to this little corner of the festival. You all looked proper lovely! 💃🕺

If you're ever in Bristol on a Saturday please come along to support the team, or drop in to The Plough Inn Easton for a pint and meet the players 😀

LATIN AMERICA TAKEOVER!!

Not one but TWO of our favourite bands from Outcider Festival 2025 are playing in Bristol tomorrow (Thursday) night!!

NEGRA SANTA @ The Plough Inn

Los Kamer @ The Lion, BS5

The two venues are only about 400 metres apart so you can bounce between the two and support both bands and 2 amazing grassroots venues 😎

Not all heroes wear capes!!! 🦸‍♂️

Some wear high vis and break down festival sites in the wind and rain 💪 Fernhill Farm cleared and vacated by 4pm this afternoon 👏

Others wear ballroom gowns, mini skirts, natty suits and fancy dress to bring fun and flavour to Sunday Best 😎

And everyone at Outcider Festival wears a big grin and their heart on their sleeve ❤️

You are all heroes - thank you so much for making this festival so unique and special. We hope you all had a fabulous weekend.

Just in case anyone here is new, or has forgotten from the past 10 years of Outcider Festival😄

- No glass allowed on site. Nothing. Nada.
- No doggies or kiddies.
- No fires or BBQs.
- BRING LOTS OF CASH! Our bar is cash-only due to unreliable internet access. Caterers and other attractions take cash and card payments if service allows!
- Put your rubbish in bin bags and into the waste stations. Or take it home if you have space :)

Most importantly, enjoy every moment and have fun! We are the Fuelled By Cider family and we're here for ya all ❤️🍎😎

⚡️ INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT! ⚡️

This is the bar 🍻

Without it we cannot run Outcider Festival or any other Fuelled By Cider events. We keep our bar prices as low as possible (cheaper than most pubs in the area!) but this relies on your full support.

Please do not try to smuggle drinks (or food) from the campsite into the arena. It's frustrating for our stewards and insulting to the organisers 🤨

We try not to have many rules but this is a big one!

Please also be aware of our personal alcohol limit (12 cans beer/cider or 3 litres of wine/cider - boxes only) for the same reason.

Support the bar. Protect the festival. Respect the ethos 👊

Get a kart load of this!!!

Fuelled By Cider are entering the Krazy Races challenge in Bristol on September 7th, building a specially-themed soapbox to drive madly down a hill in front of thousands of people. What could possibly go wrong?? 🏎🤪

The full kart will be debuted at Outcider Festival this weekend, and you'll get a chance to meet the makers (possibly for the last time :D ), name the kart, attend a Q&A with The Stig and get a sneak preview of the choreographed team dance! Not to mention watching the LIVE-PAINTING of the kart itself, courtesy of the Weird world of cus-one on Saturday morning 10am - noon ❤

There will also be a raffle with some awesome FBC and related festival / band prizes, so bring cash or card and buy some tickets! All money raised goes towards the Kart's chosen charity Lifeskills Bristol: https://lifeskills-bristol.org.uk/

This is a proper one-off special event so please make time to pop by and show your support 🤩

Don't forget that Sunday at Outcider Festival is the day to dress up and get down! 🕺💋

Wear what you will but dress to impress 🧜‍♂️

Our friends from EASTON COWFOLK will be opening their boutique across the weekend to sell you glam rags and accessories. Donations of GLAMOROUS men's and women's clothes, fancy dress and wigs/hats/bags/shoes/jewellery gladly accepted 💇👠👗🎩

This year they'll also be bringing a pro hairstylist dishing out festival trims and cuts!

And in between your window shopping you can play table footy, skittles and maybe even try the coconut shy! 🥥

All money raised will go directly to supporting refugees and asylum seekers to play football for the Easton Cowboys in Bristol - providing kit, travel, match fees and more. Outcider Festival has been a huge fundraiser for this great cause the last 2 years, so let's keep up the standard 🤠⚽️❤️
