INTRODUCING OUR SPEAKERS;Senior Superintendent Gaolatlhe Cathrine Ngayaya

Ms. Gaolatlhe Cathrine Ngayaya is a dedicated and accomplished Senior Police Officer with two decades of experience in both administrative and operational roles within the Botswana Police Service. She currently serves as the Senior Staff Officer – Programmes, holding the rank of Senior Superintendent in the Gender and Child Protection Branch. This unit is primarily responsible for providing investigative support in cases related to Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and offences involving children.

In her role, Senior Superintendent Ngayaya leads and coordinates strategic efforts to combat all forms of crime, with a particular focus on GBV. Her leadership and commitment have positioned her as a strong advocate for initiatives aimed at raising awareness and supporting efforts to prevent and address GBV in communities.
