1lb of ground beef series: baked ziti

1lb of ground beef
1 28 oz can of tomato sauce
2 cups of cottage cheese (blended with ricotta)
1 cup of ricotta cheese

Hearts desire measurements of:
Garlic
Italian seasoning
mozzarella cheese

When we purchased our 1/2 cow and split it. Our share was 95lb of ground beef 🥩

Sooo introducing our “How to use 1lb of Ground Beef” Series

Cheeseburger Quesadillas

1lb of ground beef (frozen bc let’s be honest and I made this up on the spot)
Prime Steak Seasoning
3 slices of Gouda low fat cheese
2 pre frozen cubes of crushed garlic

Cook until done bc whose timing

Spoon the ground beef and cheese mixture into a bowl
Use the left over grease from your meat to fry your tortillas
1/2 slice of cheese per quesadilla
Fold and sear
