Starting tomorrow 17th of July from 5.30 pm.

Veal shank braised in red wine Jus and seasonal veg. Rested on a bed of creamy mashed potato and dressed with sweet potato crisps and gremolata. $31 (GF)

• Texas Style Pork Ribs •
Full rack of pork ribs marinated in a mild sweet, smoky, spicy sauce served with a potato jacket filled with sour cream and spring onions and coleslaw. Charred corn cob finished with smoked prapika butter. $37

• Salt and Pepper Squid •
House made salt and pepper squid (8) served with house seasoned chips, House tartare and a fresh tomato rocket salad and lemon. $28

• Fish and Chips •
Coopers beer battered fish served with our signature chips and house seasoning. Accompanied by our house tartare, bruchetta salad and lemon. $22

A small introduction to the Chefs,

Blended Kitchen first started as a small dream between my Husband and myself.

Through our mutual enthusiasm and respect for food our vision has been bought to life. Recipes and techniques that honour our heritages, experiences and people that have inspired us on our culinary journeys.

We have been so overwhelmed with the responses we have received and the huge influx of enquiries the past few weeks.

We thank all of our patrons and community for supporting us and our dream. We look forward to introducing ourselves further on our page. We are grateful for all the opportunities that have been sent our way.
