Vudu Food has been serving delicious Cajun/Creole soul food with a British twist at festivals for more than five years. Since the very beginning, we were being snapped up for weddings and corporate events and we have not looked back since. We have adapted our award-winning street food menu into an extensive buffet menu, including canapes and desserts for the perfect rustic wedding banquet. We slow

-smoke our famous pulled pork and beef brisket on our large smoker, using locally-sourced fruit wood for a deliciously rich flavour. Our unique barbecue sauce finishes the job and its so well-loved by our customers that we have bottled it and now sell it separetely too! This Saturday, we are back at the i360 on the iconic Brighton seafront for your culinary pleasure. Now, with our illustrious smokehouse menu.

Choose our slow-smoked beef brisket or slow-smoked pulled pork, all smoked in-house and served in our house barbecue sauce. Or go for cajun-spiced chicken, on chips, or on on rice, everything served with glorious apple cider slaw and salad.

This bank holiday find us on Brighton seafront at the serving up our classic smokehouse menu to include beef brisket and pulled pork (and of course our famous halloumi fries!) for your pleasure, from lunch time til sunset Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Eat on the terrace with a cocktail, or take onto the beach, or wherever you like.
