For those who don't know...

👋 MEET THE PICKLE KING 👋
And whos birthday we'll be celebrating on the 30th May. We even get a day off work for this!!

Theeee one and only-

👑SIR ALEXANDRIA BINO 👑
(Also known as Al Bino… or just Bino if you’ve shared a dancefloor with him past midnight)

Everyones favorite Vanilla Gorilla!!

Long before The Dancing Plant took root…
Before the Planets got Peculiar..
Before ships sank mid-party…
Before the forests got fantastical…

There was… Bino.

Legend has it Bino wasn’t born…
He simply appeared one evening —
on a velvet throne…
in a dimly lit corner of The Old Pickle Factory (XCHC)…

holding a martini…
wearing gold heavier than your rent…
and already halfway through a conversation nobody else remembered starting.

No one questioned it.

The music was playing.
The room was moving.
And Bino… was vibing.

THE RISE OF THE CAPTAIN

In the early days, The Old Pickle Factory was just a space…
Until Bino claimed it.
Not with authority…
Not with paperwork…
But with presence.

He declared himself Captain of XCHC —
a title nobody gave him…
and nobody dared take away.

From that moment on:
– The speakers got louder
– The nights got longer
– The dancefloor got weirder (in the best way)
And somehow…
every party started feeling like it had a pulse of its own.

WHAT DOES HE ACTUALLY DO?

Great question.
No one’s entirely sure.

But if you look closely, you’ll notice:
🥃 Drinks appear when they’re needed
🎶 The right track drops at the perfect moment
🕺💃 Strangers become friends without explanation

✨ And the vibe… always holds
Coincidence?
Bino would say yes.

We would say…
absolutely not.

He’s been spotted:
– Steering pirate ships into underwater raves
– Negotiating with jungle creatures at Jungle Junction
– Whispering secrets to forest spirits
– And occasionally… losing his smoke mid-set
But no matter the setting…

Bino remains the same: Cool. Calm. Slightly cooked.

And always exactly where the party needs him.

So if you see him…
Give him a nod.
Raise a glass.
Or just follow the direction he’s facing…
Chances are…

That’s where the dancefloor is about to go off.

Wowwww, what a night!!

Fantastical, it was!!!

Thank you all veryyy much for your attendance and support for these gatherings. We loved every minute of it! Veryy impressed with your dress ups and perfect party attitude. We’re nothing without 🫵YOU🫵. We felt the crowd brought even more magic than we were expecting, even with a lot of new faces- thank you, thank you, thank youuuu!!!

A massive thanks to all involved, from set-up/packdown crew, DJs, lighting & sound techs, performers, security, door staff, fruit team, vibe technicians and of course our precious guests. A great effort on all fronts.. We can't thank you enough for all your input. Attitudes were on point and veryy much appreciated.. Much love and many thanks to everyone. All help and support is greatly appreciated on these nights.. Thank you superstars ###
