How life has changed in just three years. When we were in Colorado, my balloon business was thriving. I loved every moment of bringing joy and magic to your events. Each balloon arrangement was a piece of my heart, and hearing your unique stories made it all the more special.

However, life has taken me in a new direction, leading me to real estate. This was not an easy decision, and it has kept me up many nights. My passion for making people happy has found a new home in helping clients find theirs. The fulfillment I get from guiding people through one of the most important decisions of their lives is beyond anything I could have imagined.

With a heavy heart, I have decided to close Rayna Jaymes Arbor Designs. I realized I cannot give my all to both my balloon clients and my real estate clients, and I want to be fully present and dedicated in every interaction.

To everyone who has supported me over the years, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support has meant the world to me. I hope our journey together continues in the world of real estate.

I’ve been keeping a little secret 🤫 from my Rayna Jaymes Arbor Designs clients 🎈. In April of this year I decided to hang my realtors license up at Keller Williams Pinehurst 🪪 🏡 . I still plan on continuing to do balloon decor because I absolutely love adding flare to all of your events, so don’t fret!. My clients have been so amazing and so supportive with my balloon company and I adore all of you. I hope that with the trust I’ve built with you all will continue into my Real Estate endeavors. I love repeat clients but I LOVE it even more when I get to see their kids. Exactly one year ago, I did this clients Bluey theme for her then ✌️ year old. And this year I had the pleasure of doing “Three Scoops of Fun” theme for her now three year old AND meet the newest member of their family 👶 💕 Its amazing how much children grow in just one year and I hope this tradition continues for years to come.
