Zen Katana

Although music has always been an inspirational outlet for his creativity, Zen Katana played his first live show just outside of Detroit in 2006. Starting out in the uplifting trance scene, he naturally moved through a variety of electronic genres to serve as the soundtrack of life’s progression over the years. His travels took him to the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC in 2011 where he now resides amongst some of the finest artistic minds the world has to offer. Zen’s most recent sound is one of Deep Organic and Progressive House Music tied in with an endless number of other genres. Raskal

Raskal is a techno producer and DJ known for his driving beats and intense live performances. He has been a prominent figure in the techno scene for several years and has released multiple albums and EPs on some of the most respected labels in the genre. His sound is characterized by its raw energy and hypnotic grooves, and he has a reputation for pushing the boundaries of techno with his innovative productions. Raskal has played at some of the most renowned clubs and festivals around the world and his sets are always highly anticipated by techno fans. Sarahbellum

Starting her music career on the other side of the party, Sarahbellum has been dancing in the scene since 2006. Although her earliest influences are rooted deep into drum and bass, she has come to appreciate a wide variety of electronic music.

Since she has picked up the headphones in 2019, her dj sets are typically eclectic, ranging from DnB to house, garage, breaks, and b***y shakin’ bass. The only thing you should expect is to have a good time.

Humano feat. Double Helix

Humano featuring Double Helix is a new trio drawing from their individual years of performance to explore the infinite expanses where melody, emotion, and experimentation combine. A hybrid live experience with the solid foundation of Humano’s years of sound curation and Double Helix’s 100% improvised live instrumentation, they aim to amplify the very essence of musical community and bring the dancefloor together as one.

"Humano", was born at 11:11, deep in the forest where the energies of fallen tribes remain intact till this very day. His indigenous nature flows into a fusion of percussion with a deep melodic groovy rhythm. The soil, roots, trees, leaves, sky, and sun form an unbreakable connection with the people of Earth to create an elevated state of emotional consciousness that in nature, is human. Esteban Hoyos was born in Lowell, MA, but raised in Greenville, SC by Colombian parents (Medellin). He has been DJing since 2012, but in 2015 he began working with Re:Think Techno collective from Greenville, SC, known for its warehouse parties. He is the head honcho of “Das Kulture” and has played various regional festivals in the southeastern U.S. He is currently the main resident DJ for a top Peruvian/Japanese restaurant in Charlotte called “Yunta Nikkei”. You can expect the unexpected from his deep, tribal, sexy, groovy sound aesthetic, as he is always pushing the envelope and blurring the lines of genres while remaining true to his essence.

Aidan Rolfe and Peri Meters AKA Double Helix bring to the table live instrumentation based on improv, groove, and experimental ambience. Aidan is a self-taught guitarist of 17 years with a passion for live looping, complex use of effects, and a style derived from his love of jazz fusion and prog rock. Peri is a classically-trained flautist of 12 years with an ever-expanding understanding to the wide range of elements this instrument can add to the mix. With a deep appreciation for funk, soul, and disco, she has also added bass guitar to her repertoire as the ideal element to keep things driving.

A Philidelphia native transplanted in Asheville, Jericho is a published gourmet chef by day and a DJ by night. He has been playing records since the late 90's, and is a part of the Jack Junkies Crew founded in Nashville, TN as well as the Art of House Collective he created in Asheville, NC.

Always pushing the boundaries of sound and crate digging for fresh tunes, his style and taste continue to thrive from the roots house, tech, soul, and funk. Over the years he’s played alongside legends such as Aphrodite, Charles Feelgood, Dieselboy, Doc Martin, Joeski, Kimball Collins, Mark Farina, Ron Carroll, and many more. Jericho's mission is to share and spread his passion for the love of music to anyone and everyone!

Aidan Rolfe

Aidan Rolfe is a lifelong musician who has funneled his creativity, ambition, and taste into a passion for making and curating techno that is psychedelic, cerebral, hypnotic AND FUNKY. His musical pursuits began in drumming, then progressed to years of self-study in the realm of electric guitar and music production. He began DJing in 2015, and has performed at regional festivals in the Southeast as well as at events in Denver, Philadelphia, and Boston. You can also catch him playing guitar in the eclectic and electric hybrid live duo Double Helix, alongside Peri Meters.

In 2018, Aidan started a weekly podcast called Synth Etiquette Radio, consistently hosting some of the Southeast region’s best DJs and music producers and providing them a platform to expand their audience and network within the region. The future of Synth Etiquette Radio unfolds as the moniker is now associated with event promotion and production. In 2021, he added a few key members to the Synth Etiquette team, and also began collaborating with Frequency Underground out of Greenville, SC to help create Synthetiq Frequencies. Aidan also hosts a monthly techno night in downtown Asheville with a rotating cast of some of the best techno-heads around.

Aidan has been hard at work not only releasing multiple EPs and singles on Southern Exposure Music, but also heading up A&R among other roles for the prestigious label based in Atlanta. Expect to hear plenty of original and unreleased music during Aidan’s set at Soniq Oasis III!

In late 2021, Chris Felinski & Jose Vera met by complete chance in Asheville, NC, and immediately began bonding over their deep passion and love for playing minimal & house music. Time Lapse was founded shortly after by Chris & Jose out of their shared enthusiasm and motivation for cultivating a collective in Asheville, NC, which showcases their spectrum of dynamic deep cut selections behind the decks, which have a common backbone of keeping the dancefloor constantly engaged and moving.

Marc Monaghan

Exploring electronic audio circuits as a child, the passion for music grew from there. This evolved into splicing mix tapes, then mixing vinyl.

While in the Los Angeles area, the sounds of hard desert trance during full moon gatherings instilled a hunger for massive sound systems and ripping acid lines. Upon landing in the Southeast, Marc moved to mixing tracks at many clubs, warehouses, and outdoor events, refining an eclectic techno sound of his own.

Justin Gray Morgan is a visual artist and DJ, performing under the name BLKSVN. Born and raised in Asheville, he has returned home after years living abroad and is happy to be an active part of the thriving arts and music community there.

His visual art is an esoteric study of sacred geometry, manifested in the form of large, intricate laser-cut Mandalas and lights. He brings this same level of attention to detail and study to the forms that arise from overlaying patterns in music. BLKSVN specializes in Bass Music, Half-time, Breakbeats, and Bass/Tech House. You can catch him DJing around town or at festivals with Da Ville, The Sonic Oasis crew, or playing Bass music with Blacknote.
