A Strategic Collaboration for the Future of Football in Jharkhand.

Jharkhand has never lacked talent.

What it has lacked is a structured pathway.

For generations, young footballers from our villages, tribal communities, schools and local grounds have carried extraordinary potential. Yet many dreams have remained unseen due to limited exposure, opportunities and ecosystem support.

Today, we take a step towards changing that.

BEDX is proud to announce its strategic collaboration with Crusaders Football Club (CFC), bringing together experienced football professionals, grassroots leaders, community builders and ecosystem creators with a shared vision:

To build a stronger football culture. To identify and nurture talent. To empower tribal youth. To create opportunities through sport. To connect rural potential with professional pathways.

Leading this mission is Johnson Albert Topno, President of CFC, an AIFF & AFC Licensed Coach, supported by a distinguished mentor ecosystem including former professional footballers Deepak Kachhap and Subodh Kumar, along with grassroots administrator Rebeka Mundu.

This collaboration is not about organising a tournament.

It is about building an ecosystem.

An ecosystem where football becomes a tool for leadership, discipline, confidence, opportunity and social transformation.

Together, BEDX and CFC aim to work with government institutions, educational institutions, CSR partners, communities and stakeholders to create sustainable football development initiatives across Jharkhand.
