In a month of Sales discounts everywhere, there is a small suggestion to dear clients about money 💰 😉

Do you know how much an event for 1000 people cost in today's market?
It doesn't matter, really. Clients know they are going to be spending money on events.
What they really want to know is how am I as their Event Planner going to save their money.

My advice to clients/ companies struggling to create an event while also knowing they have a limited budget:
Talk to an evenr planner first.
Notice I didn't say hire. Just talk to us 🙂
You would be surprised how our years of experience can save you a lot of money.

May: 2 to wine fairs with groups. 3 private gastronomic trips organization & coordination. 2 nice fam trips participation. 2 collaborations for on-site coordination: brands Morgan Stanley, Siemens.

June: Social group experiences: wine tasting, lavender field trip. July & August events planning.

July: Good Hair Day stand set-up at . AWS event organization. Catching up with industry colleagues at BCN Event Day. Fam trip to Cardona.

August: 3 days private adult birthday event (organization from A to Z) in Costa Brava. Office opening event organization+ coordination, 2 fam trip experiences. 1 with group is happenning in 2 days. 4 autumn events planning.

September is coming full of beautiful events and our well-deserved holidays 😎

2022 VS 2023
It feels like the perfect moment to share with all of you what this year has brought to us and why we are looking forward to a new one.

In 2022 our small but AMBITIOUS agency organized 10 events of different sizes from A to Z.
Additionally, 9 events were successfully delivered in collaboration with other colleagues of the sector.

In 2023 we want continue bringing happiness and business results to our customers, get more international projects... and (what some of you are waiting for so long!) events will be back! 🍷🍽️ More details SOON 🤩

2022 has been full of very interesting projects, global and personal changes.

3 different events were successfully finalized this September and the
agenda of October-December remains OPEN 🗓️

GASTRONOMIC EVENT in 🍽️

Many of you know us by gastronomic events & experiences in , right?😉 We can organise this kind of events pretty everywhere.

In January, a day before International Tourism Trade-Show in Madrid there was a great event where we were organizers, coordinators and even presenters 🎤 (it was a last-minute challenge 😅 Organisers can do everything, or almost everything 💪🏻)

The event was held in historical building- Casino de Madrid and it's modern part- with Michelin 🌟 chefs from Moscow and Madrid. Also there were special guests from UNWTO and different other diplomatic organizations to present Moscow city and region and and make an update on new projects in tourism.

This time our work in Madrid consists of:
- HR, organization for stand and events after the show.

- VIP logistics coordination.

- 3 important events such as VIP dinner for 60 ppl, press- briefing and welcome dinner at the Embassy of Russia in Spain.

Team activity at the vineyards 🚲

A bike trail awaited the group close to Barcelona, in the Penedes region. They were riding among the vines, visit a winery and taste the finest wines in the region. 🥂
There are whites, rosés and reds made from unique grape varieties such as Xarello, Macabeu and Parellada 🍇

Later they will enjoy a delicious lunch consisting of the finest local dishes and calçots 🍽️ 😉
