It's been too long! Time has flown by but we've not forgotten about all you supperclub fans. We've finally got a date in the diary for what might be the last supperclub at The Thirsty Crow Taproom as we know it...cue violins. However it's not over til it's over so save the date!

Spring is here folks and so is our supperclub menu. We've got the start of some proper seasonal food again with Norfolk asparagus and Strawberries as well as a few home fermentations going on as usual to make our bellies happy! Pine cone syrup? Fizzard wizzard! Our cherry blossom soda happened quickly. Some slight recipe adjustments needed but pretty tasty 😋

Success! Our wild soda with gorse flowers, lime and a well cared for ginger bug fizzed right up and went straight in our bellies to start the day right with a probiotic bang 💥

Aint no rest for the wicked though as we’ve made a huge amount of cherry blossom syrup to do various things with, including make another soda.
