Residents of Grenfell went to bed like any other hot summer evening.
72 of them perished in a completely avoidable tragedy because RBKC saving money was more important than their lives.

For those who didn’t already know, the rap about Grenfell wasn’t what he’d rehearsed & agreed to perform. He wrote an alternative rap that wasn’t controversial at all with the same rhythm, flow & timing for the rehearsal.

Then when it went out on live TV he switched it to one of the finest pieces of activism I’ve ever witnessed.

I 💚 him for it.

(They now have a 2 minute delay to mute stuff if anyone else goes off piste though 🥹)
