I know weโve been pretty quiet on Instagram lately โ and for good reason. This summer weโve been so blessed to capture 20+ weddings and countless other love stories, both abroad and right here in the Okanagan. In order to make space for anything else in our lives, Instagram was the first thing I had to let go of.

Yep โ weโre officially making Coldstream, BC our more permanent home. ๐ก๐
If youโre one of our couples, you probably know that for the last 3 years, Ryan and I have been snowbirds โ living the digital nomad life as soon as the cold hits. Some of our booking calls have happened from Vietnam, Bali, Thailand (and a few very sketchy hotel WiFi zones ๐
), before grounding ourselves back in the Okanagan for wedding season.
That lifestyleโs not ending โ just shifting. Less 5โ6 month long trips, more 1โ2 month getaways in the thick of the Okanagan gloom.
Alsoโฆ in hindsight, I highly do not recommend doing a full tear-down renovation during peak wedding season ๐คช Letโs just say, chaos has been the theme of our summer.
So I just want to say thank you to every couple weโve worked with for your patience, your grace, and your kindness through it all. Youโve made this wild season feel like magic.
Weโre in the final 6-week stretch of fully booked weekends, and I cannot wait to start sharing more of the beautiful love stories weโve been lucky enough to document.
These ones? Just a little preview of whatโs to come ๐ซถโจ
