Three cakes, two plain Jane as requested, and 14 dozen cupcakes are headed out this morning!
Why the condensation, you might ask? Because it is so much easier for you to handle chilled frosting that will get back to room temperature in an hour rather than the potentially messing up the buttercream when removing items from containers. I typically frost things the night before an order is due and they spend the evening chilling out in my commercial freezer.
