Happy anniversary my love 💜🖤💜🖤 We made it to 5 years of being married, and 11 years since the day we met. This year has been full of ups and downs, especially with the universe saying no to big celebrations because of the wrench that was tossed at us. But I'm so happy to have had you by my side through everything.

This track holds a special place in my heart, as I've dedicated 3 years to its creation. I know it sounds a bit excessive for just one song, but this piece truly marks the beginning of my journey in music production.
I first got my hands on Logic Pro in 2022, and the choir sound you hear at the start comes from a sample pack that I initially used as the foundation for the song. I began by utilizing stock plugins and samples available in Logic. However, the first iteration of the track didn't capture the essence I was aiming for, and often the production would sit idle until inspiration struck me to revisit it.

Over the years, I continued to develop the song, but it still didn't quite match my vision. The breakthrough came when I chose to invest in Xfer’s Serum, a wavetable synthesizer packed with sound design potential, and made the switch from Logic Pro to Ableton Live, which significantly expanded my production capabilities!

After all the time and effort I've poured into this project, I'm finally ready to share this single with you all! For the meaning of the song, it is essentially an anthem to what the world transforms into after dark 🖤

I waited intentionally until after April Fools' day to post this - I am excited to announce that my very first ever single will be released next Friday, April 11th!! That's right, I made an industrial bass track, and it has been successfully mixed and mastered by a professional.
