Hi. We are waiting til end on month to see if we have enough interest to move forward. I'm on vacation til May 6. So I will be doing a final number of my yes. Reaching out to see if they are still interested and collecting the $20 we are very close on the 30 we need to move forward so hopefully by the 6. We can say that it a go for our area thanks for reaching out

The date is tentative based on numbers . We will only continue to plan the event with a firm number of 30 attendees to a max of 100 . The venue is booked for Aug 17 in Eastport . Our ending venue has a capacity of 100, we need to now to put a list together of names and numbers that are wanting to attend . Cut off for attendees will be either when we reach 100 paid people or April 30 . If we do not have 30 firm attendees by April 30 the event will not go ahead. We will be collecting $20 per person , this will be used for a small few expenses that may occur once we finalize what the day is going to look like receipts will be kept for anyone that wants to review ,the majority of the money collected is being donated to our Eastport Peninsula Firefighters Friends and our final stop the Legion in Eastport . Please PM me with names and number coming and I will add you to the list money will be collect once we hit 30 , if you cancel money is non refundable once collect. If we have to cancel money will be refunded
Accommodations will be your responsibility but we can give you a list of places in the area

Good day , the tentative date would be Aug 17 as the Winterset in Summer is hapoening on Aug 10 and legion is booked off for a supper , so here is our delimma, this is essentially a pub crawl , we only have one club to visit which is the legion (they would have to agree to host) we would need some ideas of what else we could do to make this a fun event , I've had one suggestion of meeting at Eastport Beach. Have a few games and perhaps music then leave to walk to legion , I am happy to have the first stop be at my place have a drink ,and leave which is a five min walk to the beach , help and suggestions welcome as this would need more than one to plan. Would there be any interest in organizing a Mrs Roper Romp for August month. This seems to be gaining alot of traction in communities and looks like it could be an afternoon of fun. Open to all communities and residents on the Eastport Peninsula/Glovertown. Looking at Sat afternoon Aug 10 or 17. I will be looking for a couple of helpers if we can make this work. I think keep it simple for the first one and see what the response is and perhaps it could grow in following years.
