Mother of pearl is associated with purity, serenity, and emotional balance. It's believed to be a stone of protection, nurturing, and inner peace, connecting its wearer to the energies of the ocean and moon.
African recycled glass beads are made by members of the Krobo Tribe, located in Ghana, Africa. They are created through an artisanal process of compressing glass into molds to make beads.

Contemporary Artist K. Day

Located in San Antonio, TX I am an internationally published contemporary artist, author and the mother of a brilliant special needs child prodigy with a cognitive disability who is also an artist @i.am.aiden.g (whom I educate, amongst other children occasionally). My body of work stretches back through my teen years in the 90's and you can find my art in magazines and galleries from Australia to Germany to Malta to Italy and other various countries, the US included.
