This website, styled as virtual boutiques, allows you to shop verified independently owned boutique owners discontinued and sample inventory from around the USA... resulting in a community of supporting each other’s small business in the bridal industry!
You see... in the retail bridal world in order to have the samples bridal boutiques have on their shelves they have to purchase every single one! If you have just ONE (1) designer line the boutique owner is having to purchase anywhere from 8 - 15 samples TWICE a year! That is A LOT of money... and if the boutique has 2 - 6 different designer lines, that policy stands for ALL of the designer lines... therefore a TON of bridal gown purchasing. Here is the KICKER: In addition to the bi-annual purchasing designers DISCONTINUE gowns anywhere from 1 - 4 times per year! This means those samples can no longer be sold and re-ordered and it is up to the boutique to sell off those samples privately.
Now... this is where an off-the-rack boutique, consignment bridal boutique and/or an online marketplace comes into play! This site takes the fear out of purchasing online and not knowing whom you are purchasing from. Our listings are all top notch, designer gowns that just need to find the perfect bride! These gowns can no longer be ordered, but often times their condition is no different than a brand new gown fresh out the box, especially if a boutique takes really good care of their samples! Even a damaged sample or “worn” sample, but repairable gown is a great way to get an amazing deal and not come near the original retail price of the gown even with alterations! ... also, whether a gown is brand new and fresh out the box or a stunner off-the-rack, typically alterations are required on BOTH styles of gowns, so that should never deter you! If you are looking for amazing quality, designer gowns, but working within a specific budget, Renew Bridal is for you!
