We only have a few Mondays, Tuesdays and Friday dates both months. Book your orders SOON!

Today is “Cuban Sandwich Day”.

We happen to offer the original sandwich at pop ups sometimes and mini ones for catering.

Our empanada rendition (tastes just like the original), one of my favorites. The empanada version can be ordered at any time per dozen.

So let’s say YUM to a fan favorite 😍

Beef-Little Italy (Wagyu ground beef, mozzarella and chunky homemade marinara)

Chicken-Dominican (Shredded chicken breast simmered in a light tomato sauce, bell peppers, onions and green olives)

Jamaican-(jerk chicken 🌶️ and side of creamy cilantro & lime sauce

Pork-Korean BBQ 🌶️ (shredded pork and side of Gochujang sauce)

Seafood-Di Roma (sautéed shrimp 🌶️ then simmered in arrabiatta marinara)

Vegetarian-Sicilian (sautéed spinach blended with ricotta, Parmesan and mozzarella with a side of homemade chunky marinara)

“Di Roma”, a new addition to the empanada family.

This newbie came about after making dinner consisting of a pot of arrabiatta sauce and adding shrimp. It was so delicious, I automatically thought
what a great filling for an empanada.

Oh what a wonderful outcome! It’s flavorful, spicy and the crust is the icing on the cake. This pic is just a tease 😛
