I was so excited for this urban city wedding day and it did not disappoint- A&H had an intimate ceremony the day before so this day was a little different than most weddings - no rushed timeline to stay on top of just a chill city stroll for photos followed by a colourful and fun dinner party reception to celebrate with their people , I cannot wait to share more soon 🤗☀️🏙️🕶️

Hey, I’m Kea the girl behind the lens!

I am laid back, down to earth, and a little introverted.

I currently live at Sproat Lake, just outside of Port Alberni and specialize in wedding, family and lifestyle photography. Being an introvert I take a laid back photo journalistic approach to my images capturing real candid moments as they unfold. When necessary I will guide you into natural authentic poses & positions to make those money shots for the grandparents mantelpiece and to capture the most flattering images of you with the best lighting available. I like to stick to using natural light however I’m not afraid to get my flashes firing when necessary.

I was born and raised on the West Coast of Vancouver Island in Ucluelet, BC, which is where I fell in love with nature and the outdoors. I love including BC’s incredible backdrops into my images and showing off the beautiful surroundings, sometimes having to get a little muddy along the way.
