🌹What is the delivery and setup process on the wedding day?

Our wedding day typically starts at 7 a.m., when the team arrives at the studio to start final preparations and packing.

We’ll arrive on site about 2 hours before the ceremony is scheduled to start and begin the ceremony set-up. So that the flowers are at their peak during the photo extravaganza and during the ceremony, we’ll have the ceremony feature ready about 45-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

From there, we’ll finalise the reception set-up and style the centrepieces, cake flowers etc.

Generally speaking, we’ll drop off bouquets and boutonnieres just as the photographer is scheduled to arrive.

One thing we do at our final planning session is work through the ‘day of’ schedule so that you know where we’ll be and when.

Planning a wedding is so fun! And it’s OK if you don’t have all the answers. We’re here to help.

We simply charge using an industry standard equation. It’s just math!

We rely on an amazing software called to make sure we are pricing correctly. We input all the stems and supplies for a design, and it calculates the amount to charge. Simple as that!
